Can I return delivered groceries
You have the right to return some products to your Golatienda supermarket, where you placed the order, within 14 days. You will receive a refund, including delivery costs, within 14 days after cancellation. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction
We primarily sell food products. It is not necessary to unpack these products for evaluation. If you do, many products may spoil or can no longer be sold as new. The depreciation, for which you will be responsible, can be up to 100% of the purchase value .
How does the return process for groceries work ?
On Golatienda , you can find the standard withdrawal form. You can use this form to indicate which products you want to return.
The easiest way to return items is by giving them to your Golatienda supermarket when your next order is delivered. This is only possible if your next order is placed within 14 days after receiving the first order and at the same Golatienda supermarket .
If you do not plan to place a new order within 14 days, you can ask your Golatienda supermarket to pick up the return items, Please note that the costs for you will be higher in the first case (see below)
What are the costs of returning groceries?
If you return all ordered groceries, you will receive a full refund of the delivery costs for that order. However, if you return only a portion of the order, your golatienda Supermarket may decide to reimburse only a proportional portion of the delivery costs .
If you cannot return the goods to your same Golatienda supermarket with your next order within 14 days, there will be a fee of €10 per pickup. This amount reflects the actual costs incurred for collecting and returning the products .
What groceries cannot be returned?
Returned items must, if reasonably possible, be undamaged and in their original condition. In addition, certain categories of products that are provided for by law cannot be returned
These include
Products made to consumer specifications, not prefabricated, manufactured based on individual choice or decision of the consumer, or expressly intended for a specific person
(such as custom cakes and all baked goods)
Perishable products or products with a limited shelf life
Products are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons
(eg perishable food products) whose seal has been broken after delivery
Products that by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery News papers magazines and periodicals, except for regular supply agreements for these publications .
