We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and labels attached. Purchases must always be returned unused or worn and with the original tags and box and price tag attached.

To initiate the return process, please contact us through our customer service email. (contact@golatienda.com) Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and shipping address. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria of our return policy. If all is well, we will process your refund within 14 days. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, you will need to return the original one and place a new order.
defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return as soon as you receive the item.

Returns must be provided with all labels / price tags, packed as they arrived and returned in proper packaging without damage. Merchandise, in particular underwear, will not be returned if it:
*Used, worn and/or washed
- You tried to fix any bugs or malfunctions yourself
*You did not follow the instructions for use.
*Kindly, please always include the sender’s information on the packaging
*Have you received multiple packages for one order? If wait for the last package to arrive to return what you want to return in one package.
